The University Union is a prime location for promoting your event or service on campus. The Union has more than 16,000 visitors every day and serves a campus population of more than two million each year. In addition, more than 800 free events happen all year long.

Does your organization need to set up a collection bin in the Union? The Union now has a reservable, dedicated space to do so. Bins can be reserved for a maximum of two (2) weeks. To make a reservation and find out more information, email union@unt.edu today.
Table tents may be scheduled through the Union marketing office, email union@unt.edu. All requests must be submitted no later than two weeks prior to the event. In addition, all reservations must be made in one week increments for a maximum of two weeks. The Union is not responsible for missing table tents. Distribution and replacement are the responsibility of the event sponsor. Table tents may only be placed in approved areas within the University Union. The use of adhesive is prohibited. Any damaged table tents will be destroyed.

The Network is a full-color, digital event promotions and media system available in the University Union at the University of North Texas Denton campus for on-campus clubs and departments.
The Network advertisements run on 10, 42-inch LCD screen monitors strategically located throughout the Union. Each advertisement runs for 30 seconds in a queue, playing once every three to five minutes.

Exterior Ground Signage (Lawn Signs)Lawnsigns are permitted in any grassy area surrounding the University Union. Lawnsigns are prohibited in flower beds, inside of the Union, or in areas that may block or interfere with traffic. The Union is not responsible for lost or stolen lawnsigns. Groups and event sponsors are responsible for removing the lawnsigns after the event has taken place.

Two locations are available for on-campus organizations to post information about upcoming events or services. Location A is on the second level across from Design Works, and Location B is on level two outside of the post office and the exit. All organizations must have stamped approval from the Info Desk (level 3) before advertising. Any advertisements that are not stamped will be promptly removed.
