The Scheduling Services staff represents and schedules the University Union, Lyceum Theatre, Gateway Center, and Verde Catering! We welcome the opportunity to assist you in coordinating the many details of planning your event… from venue to menu.

UNT's beautiful facility provides the ideal location from the small luncheon to the large reception or banquet with seating of 450. Both the University Union and the Gateway Center are able to accommodate conferences, providing multiple rooms with flexible configurations including full technical services. The event requiring stadium seating can utilize the Union's Lyceum Theatre, a stately facility with seating capacity of 504.

Verde Catering offers the ultimate in complete catering service. Our award-winning Executive Chef has created imaginative menus for you to make your selection from. Should the occasion require, he would gladly provide a customized menu. The friendly and experienced Catering staff will provide all your catering needs with professionalism and style. Verde Catering also offers campus-wide and community delivery services.
